I loved how easy the Thomas set was to put together and it looked just how it was supposed to, not always the case with building sets. You stick on stickers provided to create the numbers endow odeon crates, which the big kids LOVED doing. The Golden Child loves the crane and has played with this set loads. As you can see by the action pic above, Termite loves it too and kept running off with parts! So I think it's safe to safe Mega Bloks really do span a great age range without appear to babyish or being too complicated.
Our first builders bag is full of different sizes shapes and colours of basic Bloks, so is the perfect addition or even a perfect starter for any a Mega Bloks collection. Termite loves to sort them into colours then just build build build.
